  • Close All Positions and Open Orders: Make sure to close all active trading positions and cancel pending orders.

  • Redeem Funds from Staking Products: Withdraw any investments from staking products.

  • Withdraw All Funds: Clear out all balances from your account.




Special Incentives to Act Now

  • Waived Withdrawal Fees: Enjoy fee-free withdrawals of USDT on the MATIC network until October 2, 2024.

  • Final INR Withdrawals: Complete any INR withdrawals to banks by October 2, 2024, as this option will be discontinued thereafter.




Important Dates and Details

  • Reduce-Only Mode: Starting September 25, 2024, your account will be placed in reduce-only mode, where you can only close existing positions.

  • Exchange Functions Post-October 2: After this date, all exchange functions, except withdrawals, will be disabled.

  • Security of Your Assets: There is no risk to your assets, which will remain secure in our custody. While there is no set deadline for withdrawals, we urge you to move your assets promptly.
